1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player" or "you") and e98win ("we", "us", "our" or the "Operator"), the entity responsible for operating the e98win online betting and live casino platform accessible at e98win.cam (the "Platform" or "Site").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or using any service offered by e98win, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and use an e98win Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your Account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or applicable local law — whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, and are not physically located in, any Restricted Territory at the time of placing a wager or conducting any financial transaction on the Platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contractual obligations under the law of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee, contractor or director of e98win or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers or service partners.
• You have not been excluded from gambling by any self-exclusion program, court order or regulatory direction.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete and truthful.

4 Account Registration

Each natural person is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration you will be required to provide accurate details including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and preferred currency. All information must match your valid government-issued identity documents.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not reuse it across other platforms.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication options.
• Immediately notify e98win support if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Never share your Account credentials with any third party.

e98win will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

4.3 Account Currency

Your Account will be denominated in the currency selected at registration. Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR) is supported, all displayed balances, transaction limits and bonus values will reference PKR amounts. Currency conversion fees may apply where applicable.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

e98win is required by its operational obligations to verify the identity and age of all Users prior to processing withdrawals and at any other point deemed necessary by our compliance team. Verification may be requested at any time.

5.1 Required Documents

Verification typically requires the submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document — for Pakistani users, this is typically a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport.
• Proof of current address, where required (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days).
• A selfie or liveness-check image holding the identity document.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot of a JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account in your name).

5.2 Verification Delays

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal rights until satisfactory documentation is provided. e98win reserves the right to withhold payment pending the outcome of any verification or investigation process.

6 Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits may only be made using payment methods listed as available in the Platform's cashier at the time of the transaction. The availability of specific payment methods — including but not limited to mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, Raast instant payments, and cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT — is subject to change without prior notice and depends on current cashier configuration.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt; actual timing depends on the payment method used.
• e98win does not accept deposits made with funds obtained through illegal means.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal method must match (or be reasonably consistent with) the deposit method used, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully completed, or the Bonus Funds forfeited, before a withdrawal is processed.
• e98win reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds.

8 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

e98win may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback and other incentive schemes (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the following general conditions and to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until a specified wagering multiplier has been met. For example, a 20× wagering requirement on PKR 1,000 in Bonus Funds requires PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. Illustrative figures only — refer to specific promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a Bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round or event applies. Bets exceeding this limit may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while certain live-dealer games and sports markets may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonuses carry an expiry date. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses: Sticky Bonus Funds remain in the account as wagering credit and are not themselves withdrawable; only winnings generated from them may be withdrawn. Non-sticky Bonus Funds are deducted from any withdrawal amount. The type applicable to each promotion is specified in the offer terms.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap, as specified per promotion.

8.2 Promotional Eligibility

e98win reserves the right to determine eligibility for any Promotion and to withdraw or modify offers at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for genuine recreational players only. The use of automated systems, robots, bonus abuse strategies, or exploitation of promotional loopholes is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

9 Betting Rules

The following general rules govern all wagers placed on the Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules supplement these general terms and are published within the relevant section of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• Odds displayed are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to the settled wager.
• e98win reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that has been settled in error, where there is evidence of match-fixing or corruption, or where a technical error has generated incorrect odds.
• In-play / live bets are accepted subject to the availability of the live feed. e98win is not responsible for bets placed on events where official results differ from data received due to delays in the live feed.
• The Platform does not accept bets from individuals who are in possession of insider information relating to an event's outcome.
• Maximum stake limits per event, market or match may apply and are displayed in the relevant betting interface.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during KYC.
• Using the Platform while under the legal minimum age.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated systems, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities; any winnings derived from a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in fraudulent charge-backs or reversals of deposits.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to use the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• Abusing promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

11 Responsible Gambling

e98win is committed to providing responsible gambling tools to all registered users. The following tools are available within your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss over a specified period. Once reached, further play is restricted until the period resets or a limit review is approved.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be prompted or logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Contact support or use the account dashboard to activate. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the e98win Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, data feeds, game interfaces, icons, audio and video elements — is the intellectual property of e98win or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written authorisation from e98win.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• e98win provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors.
• e98win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• e98win's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
• e98win is not responsible for any financial loss arising from your decision to gamble or from compliance (or non-compliance) with applicable local gambling laws in your jurisdiction.

14 Account Suspension and Termination

14.1 Suspension by e98win

e98win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, cheating, match-fixing or money laundering.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• Receipt of a charge-back or payment reversal.
• Compliance with applicable law, a court order or a direction from a competent regulatory authority.

14.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting e98win support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion and the terms set out in Section 7.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which e98win holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the applicable licensing authority.

For users located in Pakistan: these Terms do not constitute a submission to Pakistani jurisdiction and do not imply that the Platform is operated in compliance with Pakistani law. Users located in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful under applicable Pakistani law. This is not legal advice.

16 Amendments to These Terms

e98win reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.
